Pastificio Riscossa has been present on the global market for more than a century. It all began in 1902 when Cav. Leonardo Mastromauro chose the name "Riscossa" for his pasta, in reference to its innovative character. Thus was born the first pasta factory in Corato, under the name of "Leonardo Mastromauro & Figli". In just under 70 years production went from 30 to 500 quintals per day. The company's real leap in quality occurred with the third generation, represented by the current President of the Pastificio, Dr. Leonardo Mastromauro, reaching the production of approximately 2,500 quintals of pasta per day on continuous lines. Today production volumes stand at 5,000 quintals of pasta produced daily, allowing the company to bring all the flavor of good Italian pasta to the table of its customers, maintaining tradition and perfecting it with innovation.
