Founded in 1970 by Giuseppe Dotti, it has maintained craftsmanship over the years of the product. Today, the children, Alexia and Andrea, carry on the family business with passion and determination. Their dairies stand out for the rigorous milk selection criteria adopted. In fact, to make the cheese, only milk from cows fed with fodder from centenary stable meadows in the area is used. This gives a particular body to the milk which, processed using the best traditional techniques, is transformed into cheese with an exclusive aromatic flavor. To date, Casearia Dotti boasts the victory of two medals at the World Cheese Awards for its Parmigiano Reggiano aged 30-39 months.
