Marrandino was founded way back in 1942 as a family-run artisan business. Today it has become a leading industry in the food segment, where it stands out thanks above all to the production of Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP. From the union of experience and advanced technology, enhanced by a controlled "zero kilometer" production chain, quality and safe products are born. The freshly milked milk is processed every day in the proprietary dairy, located within the large Marrandino estate, an area adjacent to the farms. The factory covers over 10,000 m2 and processes over 4,000 liters of buffalo and cow's milk daily, an essential raw material for excellent quality dairy products.
